The U.S. Army On The Arctic through 2035

With China's second icebreaker making its maiden Arctic voyage it's probably a good thing that the U.S. is thinking about the northland.
For the moment this is just a searchable bookmark (the original intent of the blog) although I will probably be referring back to this post.
