Apparently Amancio Ortega, Zara's Founder (and #12 world's wealthiest) Has Been Accumulating Some Real Estate

As in larger than Hugh Grosvenor sized real estate.
On the other hand, young Hugh is 29 while Mr. O. is 84.

Amancio Ortega’s company revealed his holdings this week

Amancio Ortega, the richest man in Spain, owns more than $17.2 billion in real estate across the world.

The founder of fast fashion label Zara brought in 621 million euros through his real estate assets last year, according to Bloomberg. Ortega’s company, Pontegadea, revealed its holdings for the first time this week....

Mr. Ortega owns a chunk of Oxford Street as well as being landlord to Amazon in Seattle and McKinsey in London.

He might want to insure the rent on the latter.
