Everybody's Investment Outlook

The headline is not some clever commentary on groupthink or oblique reference to the error of precise plans when dealing with complex-chaotic systems e.g.

"Everyone has a plan 'till they get punched in the mouth"
—Mike Tyson, undisputed world heavyweight boxing champion

or

“No battle plan survives first contact with the enemy.”
—Helmuth von Moltke the Elder, chief of staff of the Prussian Army

Rather, it is a compendium of 2020 investment outlooks assembled by Saeta Capital's Peter Sullivan.

Although this year's assortment is missing some of the big banks, he still has a couple dozen examples from Amundi  Capital to Vontobel Asset Management.
We first became aware of Mr. Sullivan thanks to ValueWalk in December 2018 when the list was even longer ABN AMRO to Zurich but unfortunately that selection is no longer on Google Drive.

Finally, from Dwight Eisenhower, General of the Army and U.S. President via Quote Investigator:

"Plans are worthless, but planning is everything."
