"Hyundai and Kia Discover Innovative 'Lie a Lot' Strategy For Meeting Fuel Economy Goals"

One of these days we'll do the deep dive into the EPA methodology, it's pretty funny and makes these guys look like pikers.

According to the EPA, Hyundai and Kia have hit about an innovative way to meet the needs of consumers eager for a more fuel efficient vehicle—instead of bothering with all the hard work of engineering you can just lie about gas mileage.


The problem is, you get caught sooner or later. EPA investigated complaints, and now the automakers are going to have to change their stickers and compensate over 900,000 car owners financially.
