According to the overview of the 30 largest shareholders in Leroy Seafood Group, Ferd has bought 184,000 new shares in the company in the past week.
The price was around NOK 55 (€5.10/$6.10) last week, meaning the shares cost Ferd around NOK 10.1 million (€944,494/$1.1 million).
Following the acquisition, Ferd has 6.3 million Leroy shares, corresponding to around 1.09 percent of the share capital, and making Ferd Leroy's seventh largest owner....
