U.S. Drought Monitor: Some Expansion In Kansas and Oklahoma

During the summer we focus on the crop growing regions in the center of the country unless, as happens every few years the southeast gets exceptionally dry and it appears that Georgia is preparing for war against Florida (or vice versa if you prefer your vice, versa, Florida Man).
