"How to build a quantum internet"

This is a couple steps beyond "How to extract alumina from clay to smelt into aluminum for your cell towers" so don't be disappointed if it doesn't work first time out.

From the journal Nature, February 26:

Specialised quantum computers could pave the way for a new type of internet

You’ve probably heard of quantum computers - but what about the quantum internet?

Entangling qubits across large distances to form a quantum internet could be one of the most exciting developments in quantum technology, and now a group of researchers claim to have taken one of the first steps to make this possible - the creation of a quantum repeater....
