China's ReneSola Ltd on Thursday registered its initial public offering of 10 million American depositary shares representing 20 million shares.In an amended filing with the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission, the maker of solar wafers said it plans to sell 9.2 million ADSs while stockholders will sell 787,500 ADSs.
