The NFL's Coldest Games

It's shaping up as an NFL classic--the Green Bay Packers vs. the New York Giants meeting at historic Lambeau Field, with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line. It's tough to find a better story line than two of the league's oldest franchises meeting in bone-chilling conditions.

Temperatures at the 5:30 CST kickoff are forecast to be in the single digits, with wind chills falling below zero. It will be the second straight rough-weather playoff game for the Packers, who defeated the Seattle Seahawks in a snowstorm last Saturday. It's nothing new to the fans there, though, many of whom have sat through some of the coldest games on record.
