Hunter Biden's Excellent Kazakhstan Adventure

Yesterday's mention of Hunter Biden wasn't a throwaway line. It was triggered by a photo in one of the links we wrapped in ""Food and cash shortages spread as Kazakhstan throttles internet" + Russians To Evacuate Citizens Form Almaty":

And I thought "where have I seen that guy?"

HERE, New York Post, October 20, 2020:

Photo shows Joe Biden meeting Hunter’s alleged business partner from Kazakhstan

That's him on the right next to Joe Biden.

Although the caption identifies him as "former prime minister" that is only one of the roles he has played over the years at the highest level of Kazakhstan's ruling elite.
He was also Chief-of-staff to former Kazakh strongman Nazarbayev (28 years as president) and over the years held tippy-top cabinet positions.
Until last Wednesday he was head of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan in the government that came to power in 2019.

A few days earlier the Post had a story headlined "Hunter Biden also had business dealings in Kazakhstan: report" but I didn't recall that, it was the picture that triggered the 'saaaay' moment.

I thought I should document the train (often derailed) of thought because as Reclaim the Net put it in January 2021:
The Biden White House says “conspiracy theories” and “disinformation” will not be “tolerated”

See, it's not a theory.
Now on to cat videos.
Or maybe Frank Giustra.
