The actual creator of this bit of genius is lost in the mists of time but here's a cached version:
If you search the internet you'll see a half-dozen sites claim it, we first used it in 2014's "Socialism, Capitalism and Bitcoin" which predates most of the claimants. Because of the ZeroHedge ref. bottom right all we can say for sure is that it was created sometime after, I think ZH appeared on the scene in 2008, and before 2014.
