Al Gore's sustainable investment management firm is moving its U.S. office into 5,500 square feet at Bank of America Tower, the green high-rise under development in midtown Manhattan.
Generation Investment Management (GIM) signed a 10-year deal to relocate to the 52-story office building from Washington, DC. The tower totals more than 2.1 million square feet between 42nd and 43rd streets and will serve as the headquarters of Bank of America, which will occupy 1.1 million square feet.
