Here Come the Climate Courts

From InterPressService:

...Yvo de Boer, executive secretary of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
In view of the report’s findings, "Failing to recognise the urgency of this message and acting on it would be nothing less than criminally irresponsible," he said.

...China is insisting, for example, that the report state that climate change is the result of human activities over the last century, in order to put the largest share of the blame squarely on the shoulders of the world’s industrialised nations.
Should the Pew interests need a really good attorney, may I recommend this fellow:

...Scruggs faces a criminal contempt charge in federal court in Alabama and has hired high-powered white-collar criminal defense lawyer John Keker to represent him. Scruggs’s arraignment was set for next Tuesday. Yesterday, Keker filed a motion to disqualify all of the federal judges and magistrates of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama from hearing the case. Guess what? Motion granted!
Undersigned counsel have great respect for all the judges and magistrate judges in the Northern District of Alabama, so it is with trepidation but out of great concern that we raise the issue of recusal.
