Just A Heads Up: The Trial of the Cops In The George Floyd Case Is Fast Approaching

And the prosecution may have overcharged the case.

According to news reports the trial judge threw out the third degree murder charge against Chauvin leaving second degree murder as the case the prosecutors will go with. The state is appealing and asking for reinstatement of the possibility of the lesser charge.

Should the prosecutors be unable to prove second degree murder the expectation is for a violent reaction.

The Governor of Minnesota and Mayor of Minneapolis have apparently decided that unlike last spring, a repeat of the riots that caused $600 million in damage would not be in their political interests and are mobilizing what sounds like a massive law enforcement presence.
