Working gas in storage was 2,400 Bcf as of Friday, February 15, 2013, according to EIA estimates. This represents a net decline of 127 Bcf from the previous week. Stocks were 242 Bcf less than last year at this time and 361 Bcf above the 5-year average of 2,039 Bcf. In the East Region, stocks were 102 Bcf above the 5-year average following net withdrawals of 79 Bcf. Stocks in the Producing Region were 188 Bcf above the 5-year average of 737 Bcf after a net withdrawal of 35 Bcf.
