Petra Ecclestone, a 22-year old daughter of Formula One billionaire Bernie Ecclestone, bought Candy Spelling’s $150 Million Mansion at an undisclosed price, according to WSJ. However TMZ reports that Petra Ecclestone opened the negotiations at $75 Million, which tells us that she paid around 90 Million for the 57K square feet place with 123 rooms.
This is only around £55 Million. Petra Ecclestone also purchased a six-story house in London for a similar price. Her father sold a mansion to Lakshmi Mittal for £57 Million. So it seems like £55 Million is the magic number for the Ecclestones to buy or sell real estate.
