There's a new group of businesses in town trying to sway the debate over climate change. And this one's hoping its international heft will move the debate front and center for policymakers and investors.
The group, a coalition calling itself 3C (for Combat Climate Change), consists of 46 of some of the world's largest businesses, including BP (nyse: BP), Citigroup (nyse: C), E.ON (nyse: EON), General Electric (nyse: GE), China National Offshore Oil (nyse: CEO) and The Tata Power Co.
