After all these years I still have trouble wrapping my head around the fact that India is the #1 rice exporter in the world and a top 10 wheat exporter....

Kicking wheat exports up from 7 to 21 million tons is just mindbending. That target implies surpassing Ukraine's 2020 exports of 18.1 million tonnes and France's 19.8 million tonnes.
