On March 16, 2020, in accordance with section 418.016 of the Texas Government Code, Governor Abbott suspended various provisions of the Open Meetings Act that require government officialsand members of the public to be physically present at a specified meeting location. Therefore, pursuant to the Governor’s action and Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, the following matters will be taken up for discussion and/or decision by the Railroad Commission of Texas via virtual conference, onTuesday, April 21, 2020, commencing at 9:30 a.m.Public Access to Meeting.Due to the Governor’s suspension, the public will not be able to attend the open meeting in person.
