EIA Weekly Natural Gas Storage Report--65 Bcf Injection

Reuters poll was at 70 Bcf and Platts bracketed that with a range of 68-72 Bcf.
The front futures hit their the highest price since Aug. 1 at $3.4150, now at $3.3960. We've had nothing cooking since exiting the short on the 8th. More this afternoon.

Summary

Working gas in storage was 3,006 Bcf as of Friday, August 9, 2013, according to EIA estimates. This represents a net increase of 65 Bcf from the previous week. Stocks were 252 Bcf less than last year at this time and 43 Bcf above the 5-year average of 2,963 Bcf. In the East Region, stocks were 99 Bcf below the 5-year average following net injections of 51 Bcf. Stocks in the Producing Region were 86 Bcf above the 5-year average of 967 Bcf after a net injection of 4 Bcf.
