Valuation: The Disconnect Between Molycorp and the Chinese Rare Earth Producers (MCP)

The stock is down 8% at $55.83.
From Maoxian:
I like to look at Molycorp (MCP), one of the few rare earth plays listed in America, together with Chinese rare earth stocks (600259 is “Rising Nonferrous Metals”). You can see from the ratio chart below that MCP has recently disconnected from this Chinese counterpart and blasted into truly rare heights. Don’t do anything stupid, i.e. don’t fight this trend.
(I may have inadvertently just picked another top.)
