Sea Surface Temperature Anomaly Update

The El Nino (Pacific anomaly at the equator) is slowly dissapating while the northern Pacific appears to be returning to the cool phase of the PDO after a few months of going positive.
I've no idea what the very cool anomaly on the Gulf coast means for shrimp prices.
