Official ice measurements:

2009- 13APR 46.4 Inches

2008- 14APR 44.3 Inches

Ice conditions:
The temperatures have been as high as 49 degrees in the sun during the day, and dipping down to 25-30 degrees in the evenings. When the ice was measured on Monday April 13th, there was about an inch of water on top of the ice in areas. There is no sign of water on the banks and there is still snow on top of the ice....MORE
