"Oil Refinery That Supplies Ukrainian Troops Damaged, Russian Military Says"

Tanks and trucks need fuel and lubricants.

From the Wall Street Journal: 

The Russian Defense Ministry said it used high-precision long-range weapons to damage gasoline and diesel fuel-storage facilities at the Kremenchuk oil refinery, which has supplied Ukrainian troops in central and eastern parts of the country.

The strike came after Russian officials accused Ukraine of firing missiles at an oil depot in Belgorod, a Russian city 20 miles from the Ukrainian border, in a predawn helicopter raid on Friday....

This refinery is owned by a Ukrainian State corporation and Privat Group which is headed up by Kolomoyskyi.*

One of the oddities of the Russian invasion, along with the fact the lights are still on in Kyiv, the internet is working and a half-dozen other points, is the fact the Russkis didn't take out Ukraine's oil and gas infrastructure in the first week of the invasion.
