note also the proportion supplied by wind. This is what I was referring to yesterday with exceptional cold tending to reduce wind streams as high pressure settles over an area.
There are times during the summer that wind provides 100% of Texas' electricity and various groups make sure the media gets the word out as prices approach zero.
