Norwegians like their cabins and regardless of whether or not this measure facilitates healthcare delivery it risks inciting the middle-class into all-out insurrection.
Should the measure extend to the May 8 Liberation Day weekend the Government more than likely will fall. Extending to May 17, Constitution Day, would probably lead to Berserker behavior and possibly cannibalism.
There's also something about partially closing the ports and and airports but it's the cabins business that demonstrates the gravity of the situation.
