Coal Stocks Jump During Obama Global Warming Speech (KOL; BTU; WLT; OXF)
The coal ETF is matching the market, up .9%; the biggest, Peabody is up 1.9%; Walter Energy is up 6.8%; Oxford Resource Partners just did a refi and is up 25%.
