Tropical Depression 9 is projected to intensify into a hurricane.

Tropical Depression 9 formed in the Atlantic on Tuesday morning, and it’s projected to strengthen into a Category 2 hurricane.
It’s one Florida needs to keep an eye on.
Under the long-range forecast, subject to large errors, TD-9 would strengthen into Tropical Storm Isaac and approach the Lesser Antilles on Wednesday.
It would intensify into a hurricane and move south of Puerto Rico on Thursday, brush or hit the southwest coast of Haiti on Saturday and hit southeast Cuba on Sunday with sustained winds of 105 mph.
