Going on a Cruise, North Korea Style

Foreign Policy titles their post:
A supposedly fun thing North Korea has never done before

The North Korean cruise ship Mangyongbong docked at the Rason port prior to a ceremony to mark the first-ever cruise to Mount Kumgang International tourist zone, from Rason in North Korea on August 30, 2011.
Keen to boost tourism and earn much-needed cash, authorities in the impoverished nation have decided to launch a cruise tour from the rundown northeastern port city of Rajin to the scenic resort of Mount Kumgang.

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea is oddly fascinating. Here's one of my favorite blogs.
