Ecoimagination: "U.S. court rejects General Electric's challenge to EPA cleanup orders" (GE)

The stock is down 21 cents at $18.61.
General Electric is all for regulation when it puts subsidies in their pocket or squeezes smaller competitors but when it comes to cleaning up their own mess, time to fight tooth and nail.
They fought, using every trick in the book, having to clean their PCB's from the Hudson river for over 30 years.
Then they turn around and tout their green credentials.
I think the word I am looking for is duplicitous.
Two faced.
