Big Stockpiles Weigh on Natural-Gas Price

U.S. natural-gas stockpiles are brimming despite a cold winter and a drop in drilling activity, suggesting low prices will persist for months.

The U.S. has nearly a third more natural gas in storage than at this time last year, and 22% more than the five-year average, according to government data released Thursday....
