Cree Inc. (CREE) this afternoon posted revenue for its fiscal second quarter ended December 28 of $147.6 million, ahead of the Street consensus of $141.4 million. The company, which makes LED lighting products, said revenues included $5.6 million in patent licensing fees not factored into its previously announced targets.
