CORN-For the 18 states that planted 91% of last year's crop, 2008 88% vs. '03-'07 average 98%.
74% emerged vs. trailing five year average 89%.
RICE- For the 6 states that planted 100% of last year's crop, 2008 79% emerged vs. '03-07 average 89%.
SOYBEANS- For the 18 states that planted 95% of last years crop, 2008 69% vs '03-07 average 81%.
Winter WHEAT: 75% had headed vs. 64% trailing average.
