Of course British intelligence seems to use Bellingcat to spread their narratives so who knows?
The utilities story would be bad but an attack on the www nodes, whether Russian or British/American would be a couple orders of magnitude worse..
Cash, ammunition and bottled water would be in order.
And maybe cozy up to the crazy prepper lady to see if she has anything she wants to swap.
