Attention Bettors: If You Have Taken A Flyer On The Ukrainian Military You May Want To Reconsider

From Dhaka's Daily Sun, July 6, 2021:

Ukrainian army defends decision to make female soldiers march in high heels

I would have some questions about the competence of the Ukrainian army's leadership.

Especially if they were going up against the grand-daughters of these women:

The star medals are the Hero of the Soviet Union, at least four of these women were awarded it twice. Like the Victoria Cross and the U.S. Medal of Honor, there are not all that many people who got two of them. These twelve female snipers killed 775 Nazis between them, usually aiming for officers or particularly dangerously situated soldiers.

Even scarier are the North Korean women in this video:

Back to the Hero of the Soviet Union, I met a Russian woman who was a recipient.

Her daughter had married an American metals trader working for Marc Rich. Despite the fact they were very comfortable the mother was concerned her daughter wasn't getting enough good food and would smuggle pickles and such on her visits.
