Libya's ISIS-Hunting Sniper Kills Another One

Following up on yesterday's "Someone Is Killing The ISIS Leaders of Sirte".

Besides removing the jihadis from active participation, sniping has some interesting psychological effects on the remaining members of the target audience.

The death of the Australian-born terrorist, known as Abu Khaled al-Cambodi, comes after several ISIS leaders were gunned down last week 
A leading Islamic State recruiter linked to attracting many disillusioned young people to come and fight for the terrorist organisation has been killed.

Neil Prakash, an Australian-born terrorist who came to be known as Abu Khaled al-Cambodi, fled to Syria from Melbourne.
 
Upon arrival in 2013 he quickly became a key figure in the terrorist group.
Prakash featured heavily in one sick propaganda video which urged his fellow Australians - referring to them as "brothers" - to rise up against its government.

He was also listed in an ISIS recruitment handbook as a key point of contact for those hoping to join the death cult....MORE
