If I recall correctly the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States did not object to the sale of American uranium to Russia so you'd think Elon should be okay but there is the added wrinkle that seven weeks ago President Biden made some big changes to CFIUS and it appears Tesla/Starlink/SpaceX/Twitter could be the first major application of the changes.
