I think this property came on the market a couple years ago but we didn't post on it.
From Curbed:
Attention all Transylvanian Counts with a taste for human blood: Bran Castle, a 790-year-old castle that is said to be the one on which Bram Stoker based Count Dracula's home (although that is contended by scholars) is on the market, and the price tag is only £47 million (around $66 million). That may seem like a lot, but since any prospective buyers are probably undead aristocrats who have had centuries to amass their fortunes, it's actually really pretty reasonable.
