Today in the Financial Crisis, Saturday Sept. 13, 2008: One Giant Storm Passes Over Texas, Another About to Hit Wall Street

On that Saturday our focus was on the hurricane, described by Wikipedia as:

Like Sandy the storm wasn't particularly strong, in Ike's case high cat-2, but it was so damn big:
