My Only Comment on the Stress Tests (I'm Southern Cross)

Earlier today I was asked why I hadn't posted anything on the banks and the stress tests.
Frankly, I didn't think they were that big a deal.
It was just pointed out to me that I HAD commented, back in March, 2008:
