PowerShares WilderHill Clean Energy vs. Russell 2000 vs Nasdaq (PBW)
Although there were some good moves in individual names (Evergreen and Suntech both up 21%, SunPower up 15%) as a group they did not outperform as much as one might expect considering their prior massive underperformance.
