The Pelham Estate Winery (Ontario) it’s specializes in Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. For your President, the 2007 harvest it's a 'grape grower's year'.
Other producers saying the 2007 Ontario harvest would be one of their best, like Vineland Estates Winery and Harbour Estates Winery (Jordan Station, Ontario), specialized in Chardon nay and Sauvignon Blanc.
The president say that there is still a good chance to gain sugar level and all the nice things we need to make a vintage grape harvest and it’s a very good sign for the quality of the vintage.
