Protesters decry Caterpillar's support of CO2 limits

Caterpillar is a member of US-CAP, a 27 member organization pushing for cap-and-trade legislation to regulate energy use in the United States.
The Congressional Budget Office found that the restrictions USCAP seeks would hurt the poorest fifth of the population more than other income groups.
