(yes, of course they do but I'm thinking in terms of President Biden, Ukraine, and my dreams of large acreage, cheap)

For what it's worth, most of the Russian embassies have their own semi-autonomous Twitter accounts.
Some of them are sort of funny. Some of them aren't.
