Northern Hemisphere Temperatures and Wind Direction (and the effect on Arctic ice)

Greenland and Canada are cooling down nicely but Russia, as has been the case for at least the last eighteen months is stubbornly warm. Meaning that with the wind coming out of the south ice formation on the Russian side of the Arctic basin is not happening:
