Drought: Nebraska Conditions May Ease If The Ground Ever Warms Enough For the Snow to Melt

Granted western Nebraska is not as big a corn producer as say, Iowa. And 70% of their crop is from irrigated land (at least until the aquifer goes dry)
Still, the storms of the last month have had to have helped.
