Drought Monitor: I-35 (Texas to Minnesota) Drought Improves Dramatically; Southeast Deteriorates (SO)

Adios La NiƱa.

The shift into La Nada raises the risk of severe drought in the southeast which exposes at least 15 nuke plants to potential cooling problems, resurrects the possibility of water wars between Georgia, Alabama and Florida and focuses attention on the number four U.S. electricity generator, the Southern Company (SO).
