Here Come the Corporate Debt Issuers (BUD; MSFT; USB)

Microsoft ( a Redmond Washington based software company)* plans to issue up to $ Six billion worth of 5, 10 and 30 year paper.

NEW YORK, May 11 (Reuters) - Microsoft Corp (MSFT: Quote) said on Monday it will sell a multi-billion dollar, three-part debt issue, becoming the latest in a line of companies looking to take advantage of good borrowing conditions.

The world's largest software maker does not need financing, according to a spokesman for the company, but will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes including working capital and buying back stock....MORE
