- At 9:00 a.m. Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius is scheduled to make an official response to Sunflower Electric’s proposed compromise of 1200 MW. Press only is allowed into the room. CEP is not press. We will just stand outside and listen really, really hard....Very, very sharp and a good writer (not your typical PhD. prose, eh?). Yesterday's post is worth a read even if you don't care about Kansas or coal. It's a very entertaining civics lesson.
