The Democratic Economist

The story immediately below reminded me of George Will's column last week on Barack Obama's economic advisor. Cap-and-auction vs. cap-and-trade isn't going to win the nomination but it's such a pocketbook populist position that it might get the USCAP members emailing after the speech.
